We're off to a great start with some serious storms that have dropped significant amounts of rain and snow over the High Sierra Mountains. That means we're already see some spectacular waterworks in Yosemite Valley this year. Expect to see some little-known but beautiful and predictable optical phenomena. Be prepared to photograph some of the park's best known locations – Half Dome, El Capitan, Yosemite and Bridalveil Falls – and places not well known, yet achingly beautiful.
